Over the past few months, we understand it has been extremely difficult for our patients to call through to us.
Since the COVID-19 Outbreak in March, we soon realised our telephone systems across the 4 surgeries could not handle a pandemic. We sincerely apologise to all our patients for the frustrations and inconvenience this has caused.
As a result, The Partnership made the decision to invest in a brand new telephone system. We have confirmation that the installation for this will take place across 3 days: 12th, 13th and 14th October 2020.
We have planned for this to be a smooth transition without causing any disruptions. However, if this isn’t the case – we apologise in advance but please do bare with us.
In the event that you won’t be able to get through to us, we have a new online triage service called ‘DoctorLink. Please click the link below to create an account or login with your NHS App credentials. This service will enable you to receive rapid access to the right care.
