Anima Online Requests
From Monday 20th November we are asking all patients who have access to online services via mobiles phones, tablets, or a PC to contact the surgery through the Anima system. Please leave our telephone lines free for those who do not have access to online services.
Anima is the fastest way to contact us for your medical or admin requests.
For those patients still wishing to contact us via phone please be aware that our reception team will be guiding you through questions on our Anima system, this may take a little longer than usual but it is important that all patients are taken through the same process so our medical team can assess your query and offer you the most appropriate care in a timely manner.
*Please note Anima can be accessed online during the following times – 08:00AM to 5:00PM Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). There may be times when we are experiencing a high volume of requests and have reached capacity, we will switch off Anima online, you will be given advice if this occurs.
We have received some great feedback already regarding this new way of accessing the surgery so please give it a go next time you need to contact us!
