Housebound Review

We are reviewing the housebound status of all patients in August 2026 to ensure our records are up to date and in line with NHS common practice. Please view the below poster which explains the project and what it could mean for you if you are housebound. For those affected, there is nothing that needs to be done at this stage. If we need any further information, a member of our team will be in touch with this those affected.
