Although this is an NHS practice, some of the services that we can provide are chargeable.
For example, fitness to travel certificates, private prescriptions, the signing of passports forms or provisional driving license request. These are not classed as a NHS service and therefore a fee is payable by the patient. If you are in any doubt as to whether or not you should pay please discuss your request with one of our receptionists who will do their best to advise you.
