Children’s Nasal Flu Vaccine

We are also currently offering appointments for the Children’s Nasal Flu Vaccine.

The nasal flu vaccine helps protect children against flu and reduces the spread of the virus to family members and the wider community. Flu can be unpleasant in children and, in some cases, can lead to serious complications requiring medical treatment.

Your child may be eligible if they are:

✅ Aged 2 or 3 years (on 31 August this year)
✅ In a clinical risk group and aged 6 months to under 18 years
✅ Eligible through the school-age vaccination programme (Reception to Year 11)

Eligible patients who are registered with the practice for the GP programme will receive a text message with a direct booking link to our available clinics. If you do not have text messaging facilities, a letter will be sent inviting you to contact the Care Navigator Team to arrange an appointment.

If you believe your child is eligible but have not received an invitation, please contact our Care Navigator Team, who will be happy to check this for you. 🍂💉
