Flu and COVID Vaccinations 2026/27

This years seasonal vaccinations will be slightly different to last years due to changes to the eligibility criteria by NHS England. Please check if you are eligible before trying to book an appointment:
Flu Vaccine
- Aged 65 and over (turning 65 by 31 March 2027)
- Pregnant women (can start receiving the vaccine from 1 September 2026)
- Aged 6 months to 65 years with certain long-term health or clinical risk conditions
- Children aged 2 and 3 years on 31 August 2026
- School-aged children from Reception to Year 11
- People in long-stay residential care homes
- Carers in receipt of carer’s allowance or those who are main carers of an older or disabled person
- Close contacts of immunocompromised individuals
- Frontline health and social care workers
- People experiencing homelessness (aged 16 years and over, newly added for the 2026 season)
- COVID Vaccine
- Adults aged 75 years and over
- Residents in a care home for older adults
- Individuals aged 6 months and over who have a weakened immune system (immunosuppressed)
