Working Well East Midlands at Harworth & Bircotes
Working Well East Midlands is an organisation that helps those who are finding it difficult to keep your job due to a physical or mental health condition, or when you’re returning to work after a long time off sick.
Located at our Harworth site, Working Well East Midlands and Standguide will be providing employment support for people in the local area.
Their aims are to:
- Discuss possible changes to hours, conditions and duties to make it easier to balance your work and your health needs
- Put support and training in place in your workplace to help you succeed
- Give advice on reasonable adjustments that could help you
- Offer information on Access to Work funding you might be able to get to help you
- Tackle any other concerns that might be making it harder for you to keep your job
- Resolve any disputes or miscommunication between you and your employer.
Working Well East Midlands Standguide will be at the Harworth site between 9am and 12noon every two weeks starting from 10th July 2024 and below is a poster that instructs on referrals and the standard customer journey when joining.
